If something wrong happnend to your Technocraf Audiodesign
models, please contact the shop you bought the products. If it is
not possible, please e-mail or call us.

| ●Repair Technocraft Audiodesign warranty is valid only in Japan |
Guarantee is for 1year.
The 1year starts from the day you
purchased the product. Be sure to get the date written at the shop
you purchase.
If some troubles happened within the warranty period, bring
the product and the warranty to the shop you purchased.
If it is impossible to visit the shop because of removal or
handover, please contact us.
If same place caused a problem within 6months after a repair,
we'll repair again for free. please keep the paper we give at the
repair.
Even within the warranty period, if troubles
caused by not proper usage, repairment fee will be charged. If
troubles caused even under proper use according to our guidance of
manual or on printings on a product, except for the following cases
we will repair the product without charge.
- Without warranty.
- There is no shopname and the date of purchase on warranty,
or rewrriten on purpose.
- Misuse or repaired or remodeled by the third person.
- No problem with the product, just effects of other
equipments or surroundings.
- Troubles caused by dropping and removal and small scrathes
or scars of outside that happened by user.
- Troubles that caused by natural disaster, such as
earthquakes, lightning strikes, damage by wind and flood and
also human disaster such as fire, gas, abnormal voltage or
current.
- Exchanging of vacuum tubes, and troubles caused by used-up
vacuum tubes.
When it is out of warrenty period, we accept repair at your
expense on our normal repair terms.
If some part is discontinued, we will use proper replacement.
